Ki lheatres Kids Poetry Coffeehouse is a pilot program. Organizers hope to sponsor it ' each year as an annual bridge building event that will feature poetry from the county’s public and private schools.
“In our complex and troubled world, art is a necessity and poetry, created by our children and young adults, provides us all with a rich and vital gift that needs to be shared and released into the world we live in,” said Ray Bloc, one of the program coordinators.
