The Town of Washington Architecture Review Board approved two new permanent signs to be erected at Washington’s Ice House, located next to Heritage House Bed and Breakfast, which are both owned by Gary and Michelle Schwartz.

Gary Schwartz made a presentation before three members of the ARB, chairman Ed Barton and members Charlie Kevis and Patrick O’Connell last week for one double-sided building sign to be painted in Heritage House gray, burgundy and black, which will replace the R. Olah sign that had been present.
