Awards aplenty
The Rappahannock County Fire and Rescue Association held its 2004 Awards banquet on Saturday, March 5. At this festive occasion, the dedication and hard work of all the members of the Volunteer Fire and Rescue companies that safeguard the citizens of Rappahannock County throughout the year were celebrated. Prior to the event, the company chiefs had the opportunity to nominate worthy candidates fcr the annual Fire and Rescue Association Awards. After reviewing the many qualified candidates, the association selected the winners and the awards presented after the buffet dinner.
