“Ageless Dreams: A Shakespearean Panorama” will be an extravaganza performed both in the SchoolHouse at Sperryville as well as on the adjoining fields with battles choreographed by Stage Combat and Safety Master Brad Waller and a parade of equestrians with banners that represent symbols of Rappahannock flora and fauna: deer, bears, sheep, goats, cattle, not to mention, squirrels and bats.
But back to the task at hand, the bane of every writerdirector’s existence is the “writing.” So I prompt myself to get back to it by calling Joyce Abell, my Directorial Consultant, to see how she is getting on with her next project.
