Polytrack is a combination of conventional and synthetic materials. It is comprised of polypropylene fibers, recycled rubber and silica sand covered in a wax coating. • Martin Collins of England created Polytrack. He installed his first Polytrack in the late 1980s for English trainer Richard Hannon. • Tracks using Polytrack include Lingfield Park, Wolverhampton, Epsom, Newmarket and a number of training facilities in England.
