Duties include auditing, reviewing and encoding data from source documents into the County's financial accounting system (FAMIS) and payroll sys, tern (Cyborg); working with vendors, department contacts.and employees to research and resolve inquiries regarding payment of invoices or wages, reviewing and reconciling vendor statements for accurate and timely payments, and preparing checks for distribution. May participate on teams and special projects. Requires any combination ofeducalion and experience equivalent to high school diploma and 4 years experience in accounting clerical work.
