has been tabled. The bill would retain the list of workers currently ineligible for minimum wage requirements. The list includes farm employees, domestics, ushers, taxi drivers and people under 16 or above 65.
However, House and Senate bills are still under review that would move those 65 and older to the list of employees meeting the requirements to receive minimum wage.
