Feb. 18: Lion club music contest
The Rappahannock Lions Club 23d Annual Bland music contest will be held at the Theatre in Washington, on February 18 at 2 p.m. Student vocalists and instrumentalists in Rappahannock County schools, grades K-12, are encouraged to register for the contest, which awards cash prizes to the winners.
