Director of Finance SALARY GRADE/RANOF; 2/S25.000 to $35,000 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide administrative support to the finance division to include: filing, copying, faxing and other general office functions as requested. • Keep track of incoming department mail, fax traffic for copying and/or distributing to proper staff. • Plan, arrange and coordinate logistics for meetings, receptions, and special events for the finance division. • Serve as recording secretary for the department and attend meetings as necessary. • Assist in the occasional research, preparation, writing & production of documents, papers, reports and department announcements. • Oversee the documenting and maintenance of archived finance files. • Coordinate and maintain timesheet submissions and status reports. • Data input semi-monthly payroll, new hires, re-hires, employment changes, deductions and garnishments. • Enforce end maintain court ordered levies and garnishments, submit payments and any applicable reporting information. • Coordinate disbursement of monthly payroll and yearly W-2’s. • Maintain employee payroll files, including personnel change requests, tax withholdings forms and payroll deductions. • Maintain vacation and personal leave accruals for all staff. • Record employee 403b contributions and calculate employer match for payment submission. • Process large volume of email communications. • Order and maintain department office supplies. • Act as department timekeeper. • Coordinate travel and personal expense reporting for Director of Financd • Occasional back-up for reception duties MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma • Basic Accounting skills Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) • Entry Level Administrative Experience • Typing skills - 55 wptn SKILLS. KNOWLEDGE A ABILITY: • Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional manner, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion and sound judgment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and take initiative. • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy with the ability to interface professionally with HO and field staff. • Ability to meet time critical deadlines and perform under pressure.
