By Tuesday evening, the Ibwn of Washington was iced with a winter frosting of snow and sleet. Schools were closed and county government offices closed early.
I hope everyone had a nice Valentine’s Day and that the ladies received their red roses for the rose has become the traditional Valentine flower.

Want a way to see some friends and classmates that you have not seen for years? Daniel and Bessie Norman have been working on getting together a picnic. It will be held on Sunday, April 22, for the students and teachers from the classes of 1949 through 1955. You are invited to the Rappahannock County Park at 1 p.m. for a time of fun and fellowship.
