NOTICE Th* Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County has received and forwarded to the Planning Commission an application for establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District in the Piedmont Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The application is made pursuant to Charter 26, Section 15.1-1509 of the Coda of Virginia, 1950, as amended. Pursuant to Section 15.1-1511 of the Coda of Virginia, notice is hereby given of the following: (I) The aforesaid proposal is on Hie and open to the public inspection in the office of the Clark of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors. (ii) Any municipality whose territory ancompasses or is part of the proposed district may propose a modification in any form deemed appropriate by such municipality. (Hi) Any such modification must be filed with the local planning commission within thirty (30) days of the filing of the original proposal. (hr) (a) The proposed district includes an lands intended to be included in the district and no further proposals by the owners desiring such dtetrict wttl be considered at the time of such application. (b) Any owner included in the proposal may withdraw his land, in whole or in part, at any time until the local governing body makes a final decision as to the constitution of the district. (c) Additional, qualifying lands may be added to this district after its creation upon separate application pursuant to Chapter 36 of the code at any time following such creation. (v) At the termination of a 30-day period from the data of the filing of said application, the proposal and proposed modifications will be submitted to the Board of Supervisors and the advisory committee.
