Mr. and Mrs. Emory Conners along with Mrs. Lena Cline of Culpeper were Sunday dinner guests of Maj. and Mrs. Charles Grizzle in Fredericksburg.

Mrs. Maybelle Keys of Slate Mills was a Wednesday visitor of Mrs. Merle Daczewitz.

Mrs. John Henry Woodward, Tabby, John, Jr. and Jeffery and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Grigsby, all of Castleton were Saturday and Sunday callers of Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke. Mrs. Lottie Thornhill of Boston visited Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Vallie Butler spent last week with her sister, Mrs. George C. Hawkins and they visited Mr. Hawkins daily, who is a patient in Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville.

Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood and Henry B. were Saturday dinner guests of Mrs. Wood’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Blanton in Amelia.

Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Johnson, Rick and Kristie were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Highlander and Mrs. Jessie Dailey, all of Culpeper.

Clifton Clark accompanied by Edward Corker of Beaverdam spent the weekend at South Hill and were bench show judges for the Mecklenburg County field trial held at Boydton. They were Saturday guests of A. A. LeGran<J in Boydton.
