from school when she saw Kerrie and Donna (layle out on their ten speeds. And were they seeding! Judy says she was ready to cuss them out.
But Judy was only mad for a minute. She saw the whole thing through her rear view mirror—how Kerrie lost control of the ten speed and toppled down the road. She messed her knee up pretty bad and twisted the ligaments in her right leg. Judy got the ambulance and the EMT put a splint on Kerrie, then they all carried her to Culpeper. The doctor said Kerrie might be a long time healing because she did such a job twisting the ligaments. Now she’s hobbling around in leg braces and on crutches. But we're real glad it wasn’t worse.
Judy got compliments from someone else for her rescue know-how. She was driving the ambulance when Milton Switzer went to the hospital. The Switzers say Judy and the paramedics did a su|M*r job and wanted to give them a special thanks.
