Promise Land Baptist
Three nights of revival will be held at Promise Land Baptist Church near Washington beginning Wednesday, September 21 and continuing through Friday, September 23 at 7:30 each evening.
The Rev. Charles Jackson from Front Royal will be speaking on Wednesday evening, the Rev. Howard Frye of Huntly will preach on Thursday evening and the Rev. Frank Lewis from Radiant will deliver the message on Friday evening.
On Sunday, September 25, the annual homecoming day will be observed as well as the 83rd anniversary of the church. The Rev. U. S. Brokenburr will be the 3 p.m. speaker.
The Rev. John R. Pendleton is pastor of Promise Land Baptist and the public is invited to the revival services and homecoming gathering.
