Mrs. Mary Quaintanee entertained members of the Sperryville Bridge Club at her home on Friday evening.

Guests were Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. E. A. McNear, Mrs. Dale Metzinger, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. W. H. Cordle, Mrs. Helen Kilby, Mrs. R. E. Thompsen, Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. T. J. Pillar, Mrs. Roy L. Reeve, Mrs. Ulrich Maeyer and Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr.

Prize winners were Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Thompsen and Mrs. Cordle.

Cooley Is

New Manager

Jack Cooley, farmer and cattle producer from Middletown, has been named manager of the Front Royal Livestock Exchange, Inc.

The market, owned and operated by farmers and producers, holds cattle sales each Thursday at 1 p.m. and horse sales on the first Saturday of each month.
