Pursuant to Section 16-2-3 (1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15 1431 ot the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held at the Courthouse, in Washington, Virginia at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 1983, at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following Spercial Use and Variance applications

APPLICATION NO 220A Patricia Saltonstall has applied for a Special Use permit in accordance with Section 2-1-2 (1) and 3-1-2 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct a duplex" residential dwelling unit on Lot Gatthe Lind-gren-"Wh-aley Tract" containing 26 88 acres on State Route 729 between Flint Hill and Ben Venue, In addition, the Board of Zoning Appeals is requested to determine the zoning district boundaries of the Agriculture District and the Conservation District as set forth on the "Official Zoning Map pursuant to Section I8-2-4 of the zoning ordinance.
