Supervisor H.B. Wood asked for the number of patients the group home would serve and the staff anticipated to man the facility.
“We have approval for 120 beds,” Snead said, reporting that plans called for a total staff of 70 (including nrofessional and non-professional). “Then again, that’s a projection only. It’s just like farming. You see what help you’ll need when you start working on it and then you hire the people you need to get the job done!”
In a 4-0 vote with Wood abstaining, the board endorsed the HUD letter as drafted by Baumgardner.
