The Washington town council has asked its lawyer, Douglas Baumgardner, to review the tapes, maps and other documents and exhib its from its September 14 public hearing.
The courtroom was a natural setting for lawyers presenting arguments and exhibits for both sides and numerous neighbors testifying at great length. At issue was a special use permit for Patrick J. O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch to expand the kitchen facilities and renovate the upstairs at The Inn to accommodate overnight guests. Discussion
