K' R. "Rete" Luke was the first Rappahannock cit izen to receive the official tour at last week’s open house at the new school hoard business office and bus shop.

The open house was planned to coincide with "Back to School Night” at the elementary school. The school board convened in it.new meeting room at 7:4* for a work session on the new policy manual.

When Luke arrived at * p.m., school superintendent Robert Kstabrook commented on the board's satisfaction at having its own meeting room. "Administrative staff meetings were previously held in the basement of the. courthouse, the corner of the library," he added. "We were constantly dislodging someone.”
