3. Approved Agricultural and Forestal applicants can leave the established district to do what they wish with the land whenever it suits their purposes. Of original applicants, they have a statutory right to appeal to the circuit court to overturn a Supervisor’s decision which displeases them; if inherited from an original applicant, there are no restrictions in the law whatever on their leaving the District and revoking all “conservation" commitments made to the county.
