Mr. Roger Kidwell loads the gun with live ammunition, hands it to his wife, then watches her go out with it to meet Mr. Spellman.
Mrs. Diane Kidwell gets into her truck and parks it in the “right of way”. When Mr. Spellman, on his bulldozer, makes passes which look threatening, Mrs. Kidwell shoots him dead.
