Headers may mail their entries to Post Office Box 59 or drop them off at the News office. The deadline is November 12. Name, phone number, and method of prognostication should be included. All entries will be protected in a secret place at the News office until a panel of local weather experts reports the first measurable snow. At that time the entries will be retrieved from the archives and those weather wizards with the correct date will be duly honored within the pages of this publication—later this winter.
