Loan Closet organizational meeting
Hie Rappahannock Loan Closet will have an organizational meetuig Tuesday, April 14, at 2 p.m. at the courthouse in Washington. The primary purpose of the group is to lend their equipment to those needing the service. All residents of Rappahannock with a need should contact any Loan Closet member.

Healing workshop
The Ancient Art of Color Healing workshop will be held at the Middle St. Gallery on Tuesday, April 14, from 7-9:30 p.m. Fee is $7. Due to limited space, please call Kathleen Maier at 636-3078 for a reservation.
Dinner honors volunteers
Rappahannock’s first volunteer get-together and covered dish supper will be held on Tuesday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m. at RCES. Sponsored by Extension Homemakers Clubs, the Extension Service and Volunteer Services of Community Services Center, the dinner will recognize all volunteer organizations in the county.
The program’s theme will be The Constitution’s Bicentennial. The Hon. Raymond R. (Andy) Guest will be the speaker. If any organizations have not been contacted please call Jeanie McNear (675-3329) or Sandra Richardson (675-3619) for more information.
Culpeper Minute Men NSDAR to meet
The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter NSDAR will meet April 14 at 1:30 p.m. in the Culpeper United Methodist Church. Mrs. Lewis B. Johnson Jr. will speak on the NSDAR Centennial Jubilee. Mrs. John S. Board and Mrs. William J. Nenner are the hostesses.
