Slate Mills Church
plans Youth Day
The youth of the Slate Mills Baptist Church will have charge of the morning worship services Sunday, April 12, at 11 o’clock. Darren Dodson will preside over the activities.
Angie Keys will play for the service and also give the object lesson for the children. Darlene Dodson will give some highlights of the Youth Organization. Crystal Jenkins will read the Scripture and Stephanie Smith will lead the morning prayer. Mark Butler will lead the Offertory prayer and the Youth choir will sing “End of the Road.” Valerie Weaver will speak on “God’s Love.”
“The church is proud of her young people and invites the public to share with them in this service,” said Slate Mills pastor, Rev. J. Harold Eaton.
