Applications for residents of Rappahannock, Fauquier, Culpeper, Maidison and Orange counties may be obtained from the RappahannockRapidan Community Services Center, 401 S. Main St., Culpeper, Va. 22701 (826-6494; 347-0440; 672-1717) which serves as the area agency on aging for Planning District 9.

Completed applications must be returned to the Community Services Center by Friday, April 24. The Center will then publish ballots for each county which will be included in its monthly newsletter, “The Voice of Experience,” or may be obtained on request from the Center. Ballots must be returned to the Center by May 15, and the delegates will be announced by May 22.
