a possible 1988 candidate for national office, Gov. Robb lives with his wife, the former Lynda Johnson, and three daughters in McLean where the family are members of St. John's Episcopal Church.
Virginia Governor Gerald L. Battles will present the 1987 Outstanding Virginian Award to former Governor Robb. Delegate Alson H. Smith Jr. of Winchester will present a tribute to Gov. Robb.
In attendance also will be the four previously named Outstanding Virginians: retired U.S. Senator Harry F. Byrd Jr., two-term Virginia Governor Mills E. Godwin Jr., v retired 7th District Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson, and Richmond businessman James C. Wheat Jr.
Festivities commence at 3 p.m. with a Virginia products reception at William Vincent Robinson Lodge. The presentation to Gov. Robb will take place at 4 p.m., to be followed by a country buffet supper at 4:30
