The Rappahannock County seventh graders are having a fun fair on Saturday, November 1, at the elementary school from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be games, costume judging, a haunted house, cake walk, prizes and more. Admission is only 25 cents with proceeds going to^ wards the annual seventh grade trip to Williamsburg. The public is cordially invited.

Scores of the Scholastic Apti:
tude Test (SAT) earned by Rappahannock County public school students last year were below state and national aver: ages, according to figures compiled by the school and released this week. However, the average score earned by those students who entered four-year colleges after high school graduation were higher than either the state and national average.
Vincent L. Day, of Woodville, was one of more than 375 persons to receive degrees from James Madison University during its recent summer graduation ceremonies.
