Mr. Horan’s most popular course, “Tax Free Exchange of Residential Investment Property” will be given on Monday, Nov. 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Also on Nov. 12, NIRE will present “Fair Housing for the Real Estate Professional from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All of the courses are approved for continuing education credits in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. D.C. real estate agents must complete 12 hours of continuing education before the end of February 1991, including the mandatory Fair Housing course.
