Mrs. H. T. N. Graves, State Regent Virginia DAR, was an honored guest and addressed the 164 members and guests present.

Mrs. Graves said she is especially pleased that her state project, a plaque honoring the Virginia Signers of the Constitution for our State Capitol, and financed by the Virginia NSDAR members is almost completely financed.

Virginia’s Centennial gift to the National organization is an original watercolor of Memorial Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. painted especially for this by P. Buckley Moss. Proceeds from the sale of prints at $50 each will go toward the . restoration of the DAR buildings in Washington. Mrs. Graves had print number one to show to the group present.
