I was somewhat skeptical when I first tried it a few years ago for a microwave cooking demonstration, but the sauce is thinner and you double-wrap it with plastic wrap, so the noodles absorb the moisture as they cook. It’s a great dinner to make when you’re in a hurry and don’t have much time to cook.
An even easier version is the Impossible Lasagna Pie made with commercial baking mix. Although
