The Mexican Lasagna is from the October issue of The Virginia Cattleman. It’s the winning recipe in the statewide 4-H Beef Ambassador Cook-off Contest. It substitutes com tortillas for pasta.
The last lasagna recipe uses Italian sausage instead of ground beef. It’s not low-fat or low-calorie! But it is a delicious recipe from Betty Crocker’s International Cookbook that I’ve made numerous times.
