The third will deal with the leavening influence of the Free Spirits, the Flower Children, those who listened to a “different drummer” during the ’60s and ’70s. From these modem settlers have emergend some of the county’s leading entrepreneurs, craftsmen, artists, musicians, teachers and citizens.
The richness of the fabric of this community will be further revealed in the remaining three programs, which are captioned “The Best of All Worlds: To Live and Make a Livelihood Here” in Rappahannock County.
