Gimbel, L.S., dated August 2, 1990, containing 30.000 acres, a plat of which is attached to the hereinafter mentioned deed From reference to said plat it appears that the tract herein conveyed lies on the north side of State Route 681 and adjoins the property now or formerly Deshazo on the west, the Shenandoah National Park on the north, and the remaining lands of Aylette Hawes Buckner, III, on the east Being the same land described in that certain deed dated the 30th day of July 1990, and recorded in Deed Book 181, Page 547.
