Sudley Methodist will hold an oyster and ham dinner on Saturday, Oct. 26, at Evergreen Fire Hall on U.S. 15. Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will include home-made crafts and bake sale. Call Nancy at 703754-7238.
Hackley’s Store is now carrying fresh oysters and fish (delivered on Thursdays). Also, they offer copy and notary services.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Vergie Garrison who had surgery on Oct. 14. She is in Room 216 at Fauquier Hospital.
Cathy and Carrington Smith enjoyed the weekend in Tennessee where they attended the Ricky Scaggs American Spirit Weekend concert.
