Fall is the time for 4-H clubs in Rappahannock County to get organized for the new 1992-93 year. If you have children who are between the ages of 9 and 18, they’re invited to join one of our 4-H clubs. “We have both community and project clubs,” according to Helen Smith, Extension Agent.
