I read an article in the Kappa hannock News tonight that greatly disturbs me. It concerns the application and approval of a petition for a Bed and Breakfast by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bridges. I deeply regret that I wasn’t aware of the impending petition. If I had been, I can assure you I would have been at the meeting on Sept. 16.
