Officers and get organized for the new 1922-93 4-H year. I am pleased to announce that Mr. and Mrs. Kenner Love have agreed to be leaders of the 4-H Teen Club this year. They will be assisted by Tommy Williams.
Many of you met Mr. Love when he chaperoned the field trip to Tangier Island last spring and when he taught the Creeks and Critters class at 4-H Day Camp this summer. The cost for pizza is $4/person. Call the Extension Office if you can come, so we’ll know how many to plan for.
Slate Mills 4-H Club - 4:30 p.m. Oct. 13 at the home of Karen Ramey. This is a new 4-H club being organized for 1992-93. Children ages 9-12 are invited to come. The club plans to study Reptiles and Wildlife as their 4-H projects. The October program will be on Turtles. Call Karen Ramey, 4-H leader, at 547-2010 or
