this terror I remember that one oi the exits is for me to get off on. Since I have missed the exit I want I am very happy to get off on any exit I can find in a hurry. Then of course, it has to be done again.
We traveled about half the time. Let us say every other day. There was no abatement of the fear on the off day, as-you can imagine. If you know that every other day some one is liable to kill you, there is no rest. On the off days we fought, “I will never forgive you for what you said to me while I was screaming on the round-about!”
“Well, it was justified, you screamed so loud I thought there was an attacking aircraft that I had not noticed and if you don’t like it, you drive!” Boy that was an idle threat if there ever was one. Many times I searched for a nearby airport that had international flights.
I had started this article to tell you of the town of Washington in Northeast England. Already I have almost run out of my alloted space. If you ever visit England you will note that almost all of their towns are named after one in the United States. One of the next issues I will tell you about Washington, England and the Washington Trinity Church and the Washington Town Hall.
