Apple brownies
(Margaret Baumgardner) 3/4 cup butter • 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups diced apples Beat sugar, eggs and butter. Add flour, salt, soda and vanilla. Beat well. Add apples last. Mix well and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and sift 10K sugar on top.
