While he had his eye on the final collapse of the Communist Bloc, Bush let the economy sag. He sheepishly admits he has to work harder to get control over spending and regulation. Clinton sees Bush’s domestic problems, but somehow missed what was happening overseas. As his single, all-encompassing solution, Clinton proposes the failed concept of the Communist Bloc: Big Government.
