Haunted house planned
The Flint Hill Fire and Rescue Squad Company will hold its third annual haunted house from 6:30 p.m. until on Saturday, Oct. 31. There is no admission charge and the public is invited.
Advisory committee to meet
The Special Education Advisory Committee will hold its quarterly meeting at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 in the elementary school library. The public is welcome.
Members of the committee are Douglas Baumgardner, Edie Clark, Marian Sharp, Jennings W. Hobson III, Linda Mock, Ellen Mustoe, Nancy Reeve, Ester Settle, Marsha Thompson, and Rose Ann Sharp, Chairman.
