Forty-two, they number, in the march through time ... the prestigious parade of Presidents of the United States of America. Although of different physical stature, sharing various views of political leadership, and each possessing a distinctive personality... each of our Presidents has shared one common denominator.
Each has shared, though for various periods of time and in different strengths of capacity, in the guidance of our nation and in furthering the democratic process on which our nation was built. They gave of their ideas, their energies, and in some terrible instances their very lives.
This year on Presidents’ Day, may we reflect upon our history ... upon “God and Country" ... and pray for the future of opr nation as we continue to support our Commanders-in-Chief in their march through time. if
