James Sisk
James Oscar Sisk, 77, of Sperryville, died on Sunday, Feb. 14, at Page Memorial Hospital in Luray.
Mr. Sisk attended Nethers Mill Lighthouse Tabernacle Church and was a self-employed farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sylvia Sisk of Sperryville; four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Blakley of Sperryville, Mrs. Ann Grandstaff of Herndon, Mrs. Kathryn Isenberg of Herndon, and Ms. Judy Sisk of Louisa; three sons, Buddy Sisk of Gainesville, Ray Sisk of Sperryville, and Johnny Sisk of Luray. Mr. Sisk is also survived by three sisters, Ms. Fannie Sisk of Culpeper, Mrs. Ellen Jenkins of Nethers Mill, and Mrs. Janie Settle of Culpeper. Additional survivors include 16 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m. at Nethers Mill Lighthouse Tabernacle Church, Nethers Mill, Madison County with the Rev. Charles Clinedinst officiating.
Interment will be in Etlan Cemetery.
