These ex-students will offer their own various styles of innkeeping — from part-time owners who work in the city and commute to their inn in the country, to a three-room B & B whose reputation is built on their limited dinner business, which is open to the public as well.
Mrs. Cartwright-Brown said Tuesday that a member of the Washington Post “Food” section staff will attend this seminar as a student.
