All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, together with all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, lying and being situate in the Village of Flint Hill, Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 0.5113 acre, more or less, as shown on a certain plat and survey thereof prepared by Lloyd E. Marsden, C.L.S., dated March 18, 1973, which said plat is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 106 at Page 609, and being the identical real estate which was conveyed to Carolyn Jordan Brown and Will R. Brown, husband and wife, by deed of gift dated April 3, 1973, from Robert E. Jordan and Mary J. Jordan, husband and wife, and of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 106 at Page 610.
