I he Kappahannock County elementary School’s annual Book Fair will be held March 30 through April 5, from 8:15 a.m.-3:30 p.m. each school day.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to improve his reading — a skill central to success in school and in life. Children who enjoy reading naturally become better readers,” said RCES librarian Aney Massie.
