DON’T RELY ON MEMORY

Buying a home is a big investment and involves major decisions. So, it’s understandable why so much time and care is taken when looking for a home that’s right for you. No one knows this better than our staff of experienced Realtors.

Once we take on the assignment fo finding you a home, you’ll probably, be shown several. Therefore, it’s important to take notes on what you have seen or you may forget which home is where, how big it is, what spape it’s in, or how much it costs.

We can provide you with a checklist to make this important task easier and give you a copy of the listing sheet. This way, you can rate each home as you see it and instantly recall the location, price, construction, number of rooms, heat, fuel, taxes, and financial requirements. If you have a photo of the house to go with the notes—so much the better.

If there is anything we can do to help you in the field of real estate please stop in at EILEEN M. DAY, Realtor, Thfe Clopton House, Washington, Va. 22747. Phone 675-3033. We’re here to help.
