The show pieces range in size from a simple 5-by-7 to a framedmatted 23-by-30. Each piece will be matted and framed by the artist except for one. Amid all the soft pastels and dramatic colors on canvas stands one lone eight-foot installation — a series of gates.
“I wanted to make a series of gates. It needed to be a series of gates with meadows,” she said, adding she thought of Rappahannock’s Janet Kerig, a fiber artist, to help with this addition to the show — to
