the science departments Lego bricks before leaving for Richmond. They successfully solved the problem and were awarded second in the state.
A trophy was presented for this. Since this was the first time Rappahannock had attempted this contest, they did not know it was the responsibility of the team to provide their own bricks, computer, and software.
Mr. Vickers, through contacts with other technology teachers attending, borrowed the necessary items.
Rappahannock is looking to purchase sets of Logo bricks next year.
Marcey graduates
from Ferrum
George Marcey Jr. received a B.S. degree in fashion mechandising from Ferrum College at their commencement exercises held May 5.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Goerge E. Marcey of Ammissville.
