NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD
APPOINTMENTS In accordance with §15.1-708 and §22.1-29.1 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 jas amended), the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice that on Monday, June 3, 1991, a public hearing will be held to consider appointments to the Rappahannock County School Board. The School Board positions for Hampton and Wakefield Districts will be considered, the current terms expiring on June 30, 1991. The incumbent School Board members are as follows:
Hampton District Mr. Bryant Lee
Wakefield District Mr. Paul Nichols The Board of Supervisors shall take public comment on any proposed candidate for the position, who must be a qualified voter and bona fide resident of the district he/she shall represent. The Board of Supervisors shall make appointments to fill these vacancies at their regular meeting on July 1, 1991. No nominee or ' applicant whose name was not considered at the public hearing may be appointed.
